Hot Runner Cables
Hot runner cables are an indispensable key component in the injection molding system. They are designed to connect the hot runner controller with the heater and thermocouple in the mold. These cables are made of high-quality, durable and extremely flexible PVC sheath to ensure stable and reliable performance in complex industrial environments.
Each cable is equipped with a sturdy industrial-grade connector at both ends. Single or double buckle design can be selected according to the needs of the injection mold. Common connector specifications include 10-pin, 16-pin, 24-pin, 25-pin, 32-pin and 48-pin, etc. The standard cable length is 3 meters, 5 meters and 6 meters, and can also be customized according to customer needs: like ‘Y’ cable, ‘X’ cable.
