Touchscreen temperature controllers not only offer an intuitive local operating interface but also enhance production management flexibility and efficiency through remote control functionality.


Remote Monitoring and Real-Time Data Acquisition

The remote control functionality of touchscreen temperature controllers is based on wireless networks. When the temperature controller and a mobile phone or computer are connected to the same wireless network, managers can monitor temperature data via a dedicated app or web interface on a computer, tablet, or mobile phone without being physically present at the equipment site.

② Receive automatic alarm notifications to promptly detect temperature abnormalities.

③ Store and export historical data for quality traceability.

Flexible parameter adjustment


Remote control not only allows viewing but also enables “action.” Operators can adjust thermostat parameters via the remote terminal:

① Adjust heating zone temperature setpoints.

In large factories, multiple hot runner systems often operate simultaneously. Remote control enables centralized management of multiple touchscreen temperature controllers on a single platform:


① Simultaneously monitor multiple devices.

② Uniformly distribute parameter configurations to reduce human error.

Traditional temperature controllers require operators to conduct regular inspections, which are time-consuming and labor-intensive. Remote control functionality reduces the frequency of manual inspections and alerts maintenance personnel via alarms before abnormalities occur, thereby lowering downtime and maintenance costs.
